In his senior leadership roles at AT&T, Daryl excelled in managing several BPO partnerships in the Philippines, overseeing an offshore team of over 800 in Manila and consistently surpassing key performance indicators. Daryl played a pivotal role in launching AT&T call centers in Las Vegas and Mexico City.  He developed innovative training programs like “Minute to Win It” and “Carwash,” significantly boosting customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. His strategic insights at AT&T transformed customer support into a profit center, driving revenue growth through a “resolve and offer” strategy. Daryl graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and is a member of the Sigma Beta Delta honor society.
